Peter Rowsell a sad loss to Australian Karting

The Australian Karting Association sadly acknowledges the passing of long-time Victorian karter and office bearer Peter Rowsell.

Rowsell, 60, passed away this morning after a long illness and will be sorely missed by karters throughout South Eastern Australia.

Besides his time on the track, Rowsell was a Club Official for Western & Weribee Kart Club and a long time office bearer at the Go-Kart Club of Victoria, and he was inducted as a Life Member several years ago.

Sympathies are extended to Rowsell’s wife, Marie and the Rowsell family

Karting Opportunity – Dealer Trade Licence

The Australian Karting Association recently launched a new initiative for the karting industry – the Dealer Trade Licence (DTL).

This Licence is the result of a number of requests from the industry to make it easier to give potential karters an opportunity to sample the sport.
